Publicity material printed and distributed

Thanks to all those people who collected their information packs and flyers and posters today. Please ensure that the posters are put up in venues in the next week and that flyers are distributed by 24th September.

One thing that we forgot to put on the posters was that the printed maps would be available from every venue so please can you let people know this when you hand out the publicity.
