I have been making things out of clay for about 8 years.
I like to experiment and am currently making earthenware bowls.
I use plaster moulds to make shapes based on nature, mostly flowers or sea creatures. The bowls are 'open' so don't hold liquid but are great for keeping fruit in.
I colour them by painting on under glaze colours then glazing with transparent glazes.
