Getting Here

Accessibility

Because of the geography of the area, many of the houses which are exhibiting work have steps leading up or down to them and so are not fully accessible. We have indicated venues that are fully accessible on the artists’ pages.

By Bus

Bus numbers 52, 75, 76 and 77 run from The Centre and stop at Dalby Avenue (see above for directions from here).

By Rail

There is an hourly service to Bedminster Railway Station from Temple Meads on Saturday and a more infrequent service on Sunday. The journey time is 3 minutes and Bedminster Station is on Fraser Street.

The number 52 bus runs from Temple Meads to Dalby Avenue via The Centre.

We are 20 minutes walk from Temple Meads Station. Leave the station and turn left. Cross the New Cut and turn right onto York Road. Turn left at the traffic lights into St Luke’s Crescent which leads to Victoria Park and Hill Avenue on your right.

By Car

Parking in the area is very limited so please leave your cars at home if possible. If you do need to bring a car, you can park just outside the area in the car parks on Dalby Avenue and Hereford Street, Bedminster.

By Foot or Bike

We are 20 minutes walk from Bristol city centre.

Walk south from the Centre through Queen’s Square to St Mary Redcliffe church. Turn right up Redcliffe Hill and cross over the roundabout which passes over the New Cut. Continue straight along Bedminster Parade past Asda.

Follow the road around to the left into Dalby Avenue and, when you have passed the NCP car-park and bus stops, take the footpath across the green with the grass roofed building on your right. Cross over Hereford Street and go under the railway bridge; this leads you onto Windmill Hill.
