The 8th Windmill Hill and Victoria Park Arts Trail
4th - 5th October 2014
It’s that time again when, for the 8th year running, people and community venues warmly open their doors to showcase the wealth of artistic talent we have in this area. The range of artwork available to see, hear, touch, experience and purchase is vast. The streets will be buzzing with colour, sound, plenty of community spirit and green and yellow windmills!
Last year’s very successful performance tent will once again be in the park on Saturday, and smaller gazebos will be spread around the area for poetry readings, live music and dance. There will also be workshops so you (and your children) can be creative yourselves.
Gastronomic delights will be available from people’s own homes, our local pubs, the Old Vicarage Café, The Church, Lucille’s Caravan and of course Mrs Brown’s in the Park.
Please support us by purchasing a raffle ticket or two, which goes towards the cost of the brochure. Wonderful prizes to be won! Raffle tickets, brochures and information will all be available from our Information Point in the Community Centre on Vivian Street during trail weekend.
Up to date information and performance timetable will be available here or look out for posters around the Victoria Park Performance Tent.
Use our app or brochure map to navigate your way round our hilly, vibrant streets and we hope you have a wonderful time! Thank you for visiting.
If you have any questions, please try the FAQ or send us an email using the contact form.
We look forward to seeing you on this weekend!
